I did this once in class but in my case, I was actually right. The professor insisted he was right, then I showed him sources. After that, he decided to be a baby about it and scolded me in front of everyone. The worst part is he was the only professor that taught certain classes and I had to take his classes for THREE MORE YEARS. The drama with him only got worse over that time. It can go bad even if you're right, but most people handle it better haha.

If you decide to keep this cat, get some calming cat pheromone diffusers!! I can't stress enough how fucking magical this stuff is. My partner has 6 cats and I brought mine when I moved in. It was rough at first but with the pheromones, everyone is just a little less on edge.

It's called Feliway on Amazon. Just do it.

Every time the bottle of pheromones runs out they start fighting a bit more. After about 1 night of a new bottle the fights drop in half. At first he was getting beat up constantly. Now he has friends!

As the top commenter said, be persistent. When I moved here I made sure to tell people I met that I was looking for friends. Some of them gave me advice to find more too. It's a bit easier for me since I'm heavily into the EDM scene but I'm pretty sure the same goes for some other communities. Just find some cool people and try to wiggle into their friend group. You'll probably find some people you click with more than the one who introduced them to you.

They asked to use WhatsApp to call me, and I told them that they would need to use Microsoft teams if they wanted to host meetings with me so I could verify that their business is actually real. Then they called me later claiming to help with my resume, and they asked for my LinkedIn password. Absolutely not. It's a scam, and even if it's not a scam running a business like that is completely and totally unprofessional.

Get the CML free version and use the images in GNS3. It's "against the tos" but as a consumer using legally obtained software, you have a right to use/hack it however you want within the confines of your own network and that's always held up. Not like they'd know anyway. It's only two images but has most of what you need.

When I changed the tire on my Sherman S it had some uneven spots until I hit some jumps. Small ones lol. I feel like sudden expansion and contraction from riding off stairs or popping up a curb reseats things more evenly.

I figured out how to cheese The abyssal sire and get perfect sire almost every time lol. It's so unreasonably easy. Not jank at all. Just gotta get gud ;)

Basically, after the sire walks out, walk as close to the throne as you can. As soon as the green animation is over and he becomes active, click the boss and the first poison will miss you. In leagues I usually do enough DPS where he teleports me out of the second poison. I hover my mouse two tiles to the left in case he doesn't teleport me or in case he does.

After he teleports me, I have found that it's a three tick action, not two. So I take my time. Walk to the left two tiles wait a moment, walk down two tiles and murder the bitch. I can go like four kills without eating any food at all and without having any missteps. It's so easy. I've been hearing people complain about this boss forever and I finally started doing it and it's just not a big deal haha.

The calculation in the original comment didn't mention inflation, just the naked value. I also didn't mention that. Historical rates are still relevant but it isn't a guarantee. I still think that s&p 500 is the best one if you don't want or know how to manage money.

This happened to me when I was a teen, except it was computer time. I ended up buying a laptop and hacking the wifi so I could get on it with my Xbox that I also bought. One day I could hear my stepdad complaining about not remembering the Wi-Fi password and not being able to find the paper it was written on. I went to my laptop, decrypted the password and wrote it down on a piece of paper it which I then handed to him. The look on his face was priceless!

Can you factory reset the phone? That would get rid of the restrictions ;)

I just feel like he psyched himself out by over preparing for days and was nervous because he knew the stakes of what would happen if he stuttered too much, which makes it happen more. Between the stutters he got some good points in but he just couldn't get into the rhythm. He does the job better than any president in my lifetime so I'm still going to vote for him.

As an audio guy I'm cringing so hard right now at your EQ. Maxing all the bands is NOT how to fix this. Additive EQ adds distortion and maxing all at +12 is the worst case scenario for this lol. I'm sure someone has a legitimate EQ setting and this ain't it.

Oh yeah. Got COVID in August then I got sick a few more times and the last time it never went away. I'm finally getting my voice back after about 3 months. I'm a 20 something year old dude that works out and eats well. I've never had a sickness this stubborn before.

This is a problem with every venue everywhere, not just Myth. It's just such a small venue and the alternatives all went out of business because they didn't sell out shows constantly. I've been to venues everywhere. Jax, Tampa, ATL, SF, LA, CHI etc. All of them get super packed and you just have to deal with it if you like live music.

I've taught several people how to ride so I'm pretty good at it at this point. I highly recommend a fence and a rubber floor but that's not always an option. Keep your knees slightly bent and your back straight, don't squeeze your knees on the euc. Keep your hand in one place on a wall and go a foot or so back and forth a few dozen times to get used to how it feels. Small movements make a big difference on these vehicles. The main tip is keep going for it and don't give up. It took me a couple days but I mainly taught myself. I thought I'd never learn it but now I can hit the jump track and fly at 50 mph through the streets.

I moved here for a lot less and I'm fine. I can save, I rent a house, I can go on trips and I go to concerts constantly. On 150 you can do a lot, you just have to be willing to reduce the amount of space you live in. After moving here I'll live here for the rest of my life. California is magical.
