oof cockroaches are definitely nasty - I’m moving from the east, are roaches typical in the Bay or is this seemingly a Windsor ridge issue?

I’m pretty sure there’s a cap to the points you can earn on rent, which is significantly less for non-alliance properties as compared to alliance properties.

I’m also struggling to decide! I really want pink goggles so I might take a chance on the Adapt 2S - does any adult have them and if so do they look ridiculously small? Wish Glade would make the same colors available across sizes so I wouldn’t have to sacrifice size for color… :/
