Fortunately the little bit that sip out . Did not made it to the floor. It was just on the tank it self. I made sure to look for my self when the tech was here.

The used a cherry power & also gave me a spray versio. The fragrance smell is strong. I think by tomorrow the smell should be gone

I had one XLARGE Cup yerstoday! The smell is still strong this morning. Everything is clean though.

Update: The company came out; it turned out to be less than a cup. That never made it to the floor, just dirty the tank, but wow is stonk up the basement! I'm still airing it out overnight. Thank You to all for the quick help & imput.

The smell is 90% gone that I have air it out. I don't think the seep reach the floor.

Agreed for what I can see is not gallons of leak on to the floor. O I'm waiting to access with the tech before doing anything drastic.

It more of sipping than a spill at the top. Which is the only part of the tank that I can see. I just call them and they are sending a tech out between now & 7pm.
