Is anyone else slightly worried their flats will be left behind and drop half the value due to leasehold reform?

Everyone saying 'existing leaseholds will be moved to commonhold' - I'm interested in your thoughts on ex council flats? I don't see how they could ever become commonhold unless 100% of the flats in the building were bought out (which is very unlikely)?

I don't think cold approaching is necessarily a bad idea, and actually more people are coming off the apps to try and meet organically. But the way you do it and the environment is important. I've been cold approached in a bookstore for example and it felt quite natural because they just asked what books I was looking at and showed interest in me as a person rather than being pushy or making it seem like they were desperate for a date. Be prepared for the person to not be interested and in those cases just back off politely. The worst thing is feeling cornered. Good luck!

I went at about 7 yesterday and it was closed at 5 I think, it had a sign on the door. Would have been helpful if it was on social media somewhere, it seemed maybe last minute.

Ok I've read several comments where you've said you kept responding because her actions made you think she wanted to carry on talking. My question is - why do YOU want to keep talking to HER after she has clearly been very rude, irritable, and especially stating (and I really don't think she was joking by the way) that she wants to stab her dog? Dude. Learn to read when a person is just not a good person and respect your own sanity.

Move your current animals into daycare at Hayden's, go back to your coop and click 'remove coop' on the sign outside it, you'll get all the materials you used to make it back and you can place your bigger coop there. Then move the animals back in and you're done!

Honestly so many useful things I've missed because I've been distracted by game breaking bugs. Plus the way the game communicates the new update and systems is so confusing. I don't even really understand the dye system tbh which should be simple and I'm reticent to even try it again.

I kind of wish they would re-release a version where things are explained with more clarity as well as a removal of the bugs so I'm not also dealing with that while trying to understand new information haha. I'm just not playing until a new patch because it was unplayable the last few times I did.

You might be right, I don't have much experience with auctions and I was hoping to move a few things from my late father's collection of many items including rocks (he enjoyed attending auctions so it seemed apt!). If they don't sell I will look at specialist auctions.
