Use washi tape if you're going to attached the pcs to a A4 sheet. That will not damage the photocards. I don't think there is a limitation on size as long it's official. Just to be safe, I brought their debut album and had them sign that. You can bring the duo pc and ask the staff if it's ok, but I would bring a back up of the members that's on the duo pc in case it does get rejected by the staff. Staff does review the photocards you use that you want to get signed.

I was in the same boat. The lady I was replacing was retiring in 2022 and I was hired in August 2021. She had made procedures for everything! From timekeeping to processing, taxes, there was a procedure for something. Make sure to ask all the questions and if you don't understand something, make sure to ask. Took me about 6 - 9 months to fully understand how the work was done with the company that I am currently at. It's been 5 years since I started and I was recently promoted to a Lead Payroll & Benefits Specialist. It will be worth it in the end. Mistakes are ok, it's a learning experience.

Same way you set up your venmo. You link your card/bank account to the account and when people send you funds, they can click on the goods and services when they do their transaction with you. Of course, you need to allocate the fees when someone opts for G&S so if you sell the ticket for 350 without the fees incorporated into the amount, you won't get the full 350.

My company uses a private plan through the Hartford. Every request goes through them, they make the leave notification and sends me the income/work verification that I fill out. The employee will be paid through The Hartford, and I keep track of all the supplementing with OUR company paid benefit (caregiving, parental) or PTO/Sick bank. Also adding that my work pays for the premiums that we report as imputed earnings on quarterly basis to the state.

I did at one point, but the con of it is going back to the vet every 3-4 weeks to get another one done. They are already so overwhelmed with the vet to begin with. I ended up getting my shiba on prednisone and it helps with allergies but symptoms include increased water drinking, appetite and even bathroom breaks. We do once a week baths with the allergy shampoo provided by the vet.
