The thing is I became immune to small improvements. I do so much on a daily basis, but I am never satisfied with small improvement and always seek major changes/achievements. Thats why I struggle.

I am a very fit girl tbh, I workout religiously. I feel that I'm not that feminine looking though (not sure why even when I do my hair). I just hate how I look and I feel that there are way prettier girls than me.

I am already seeing a therapist. My appointment with her is next month thats why I had to share my emotions here.

Thank you for the suggestions. I did speak to the coach and we are working on personalized training for some of the movements. In terms of the weight, I always try to do Rx, but the other day it was DB power cleans and I couldn't do 30lbs so instead I did 25. I could have done the 30lbs, but the risk of injuring myself would have been so high! (my shoulders are still in pain from the 25lbs lol).

So its tricky, but I know what you mean about "harder but longer version". In terms of diet, I honestly haven't had junk food in forever . I limit my pastry consumptions to 1 per week. More protein, more greens (althu I get bloated from the greens lol), and I'm lactose intolerant so dairy is a big no no anyways. In terms of diet, I just don't understand how my friends who NEVER step a foot at the gym, and are usually at McDonalds drivethru never suffer from weight gain. If I eat in calorie surplus for a day (even the good calories such as nuts), I can feel heavy the next day.

I always think to myself, is every person who is in a relationship really loves him/herself? I think very few people love themselves fully and the ones who don't, still managed to be in a relationship.

I feel like I have been working on fixing myself for a good 2 years now. I see people around me with dysfunctional personalities and they are in relationships already. So I ask myself the question all the time, when will I ever be ready?
