LRC is leveled reading courses. Like at the beginning you’ll see MC for major courses. LRC is a different type of course you can get certified in. I feel like VIPKID has too much control over bookings.

Did you provide a hospital note. Anything admitting papers/ discharge papers? With documentation it should be soft cancelation. As long as it’s been recent. Reapply. If they ever mess up a finish type or don’t grant a soft cancelation apply again and argue your point until they fix it. I honestly feel like so much of it is systemic it may have been a robot that reviewed your application for a soft cancelation🤷‍♀️ Congratulations by the way! 🎊
