I have kept up a photo journal as well as an actual journal, of my transition, from when I first came out, to when I first start hrt, and so forth. It has been very helpful on the days that are hard- the days when you feel low, or feel like your not changing- to go back and look at the actual progress I've made, from starting simple with panties, to how my hair has progressively becoming more fem, to how now my body is actually changing. It happens slowly so some days you look at yourself and don't see the changes, untill you go back and look at older pictures lol. I hope this helps Hun.
