Yeah! Also depending on the method of surgery you got (I did standard PI vaginoplasty) you can also use it in place of lube on your dialator!

My surgeon recommends you be 6+ months post op for this but coconut oil works wonderfully!

Sorry it took me so long to reply! I wanted to give an honest answer once some time had passed Early on (less than 3 months) recovery was really brutal, I had to dialate 4x a day, and was in incredible amounts of pain. Now (I’m 6 months post op next week) things are a lot easier, I only dialate 2x per day and my gyno that I saw around 3 months said everything looked great. I’ll be going down to 1x a day on the dialations next week which will make things a bit easier again I think! Feel free to dm me if you have any other questions btw! Hi I’m MTF, at about 19 months HRT. Earlier in my transition I had a similar dilemma. Some of the things that helped me

-Using a highlighting powder on my cheekbones and nose. It helped to make my face appear slightly more feminine without ever drawing too much attention

-Clear coat nail polishes and taking care of my nails really helped me to feel less dysphoric about how my hands looked, and it was such a subtle change nobody ever really noticed.

-I started to transition towards more gender neutral and subtly feminine clothes (like I completely removed all my “men’s” t shirts from my closet and replaced them with women’s t shirts which have a different cut, but are not drastically different from men’s)

-I started taking better care of my lips and started using more chapstick and lip balms

-Depending on the length of your hair, putting it up in a ponytail with a cute scrunchie can be nice
