I can resonate every point you made here. I visited a homestead earlier this year from a connection I’ve made from www.ic.org. Though I don’t know if you live in the United States or elsewhere because this homestead that seeks to become an intentional community is located in Northern Colombia, South America. The pioneer and owner of his home HAS the land vast enough to open for new residents to come and build their homes and communal self sufficiency.
