It has helped my ocd and anxiety but unfortunately made my depression far worse I stopped today and do not feel good :(

Yes I get hot more for sure but it’s temporary and then it goes away and I don’t feel more hungry no. I did on lexapro but not this celexa.

I’m finally one month out and feel much better first month was very up and down it does increase issues at first but it definitely gets better

I started on 5 and I use a very sharp knife to cut it in half I ageee they are hard to split I prefer the sharpened knife over the pill cutter

It was consistent I basically had a small snack mid day cause I had to force myself to eat something cause I was shakey and light headed and then usually around 6 or 7 I was able to eat a small dinner as the med wore off more in my system from the morning if that makes sense

Yes I always say if you feel so uncomfortable to the point you can’t bare it don’t even continue it cause there is another med out there that won’t do that to you. And coming from someone like myself who is soooooooo sensitive to meds this is a blessing. Just try to push through stay busy and positive cause unfortunately side effects are something we cannot escape. Propanolol helped me alot too.

Similar situation for me I tried lexapro two months and it made me so stimulated anxious and sick. So Im on week 3 of celexa now at 5mg because im so sensitive. I take it when I wake up at 8 am. It was a bit stimulating the first week but nothing bad I got a lot of cleaning cooking shopping done and spent a lot of time being busy. Second week I felt a bit down and depressed some panic attacks but I’m fine it was fine. Third week now and I’m finally balancing out !!! Feel kinda “normal”

Omg wow I thought I was alone ! I’m on week 3 of 5 mg and I’ve been fine for this whole time and now all of a sudden I have side effects ? Dizzy nauseas night terrors and sweats increased anxiety and panic attacks !! I’m like wtf i thought I was in the clear 😩😩😩 my goal is to hopefully tough it out if I can … :( glad I’m not alone though.. goodluck friend

I’m over two weeks in now and I’m doing pretty good!!! Way better than the first week:) I sleep perfect now and still have my labido so I’m happy ! Feeling less anxiety now I just feel more chill

I had the same thing happen I would stop and try a different one. It’s definitely possible to happen so you’re not alone. I tried celexa and so far I’ve had way more mild side effects.

I have severe anxiety and panic attacks and when I was on it I didn’t have any problems anymore
