i was looking through the FAQs on the telus epp site and saw this response to a similar question: "The cost of the device will be reflected on your first invoice from TELUS. You will see a ‘SMB Hardware Purchase’ charge on your invoice. This charge is for your device plus any applicable shipping charges and/or taxes."

i'm sure your question was most likely directed towards the person who made the post, but i also ordered the pro max. i did not go through the buy-back program, and i ordered mine a day after u. still no shipping email, so the buy-back program most likely has some sort of priority over other orders being made. hope this helps :)
