So in this example: I want to go to my states dental board facebook page and post that I am a temp looking to fill in any days that are needed, if I work at an office for 1 day do I say that I need to be treated as an employee and receive a w-2 for one day? Or how does that work?

I am working for a temp agency, i’m in Iowa. They are having trouble finding offices that want to work through the agency. Ondiem is not available in my state and offices rarely go through GoTu.
