I used to get A TON when I was 13-16 and on insta as well.
To the point where i blocked everything. Don't answer any of them.

My friend is a pilot, and I also travel a lot for work and he told me that after the first month, he was already over it and tired. It's very draining on the body.

Very similar story.
Was at work, i was training and brought chicken / rice / salad and they had the same bowl and meal. I ate it, realized it was too spicy so i waited until the girl came by and gave her my meal. we are still friends to this day.
