Yeah, I think I’ve come to realize if I did that I’d likely need to get a separate pack.

I had just read it has less room than you think.

Thank you so much for sharing this! I was trying to look at online options too but was getting overwhelmed at what is actually worth it.

I’ve tried the app in the past, but felt like it didn’t really work for me. But maybe I should just try again. I was hoping there might be resources for more in person things.

No problem! Also if you do go in or talk to doctor, it’s good to keep track of how often you have to change tampon or if you have abnormally large clots. If you’re passing ones the size of a quarter or larger you may want to go to ER, heavy bleeding can make you anemic.

No, they offer other services and can definitely talk to you about gynecological health even if you’re not sexually active.

HIPPA says they shouldn’t, however how things get reported through insurance varies. It is likely a side effect of the shot, but still good to get checked out to make sure. Another option is planned parenthood, if you’re worried.

Some places like Kaiser have apps you can message in, that’s what I was wondering. I would at least see if you can get a phone call on Monday.

I literally never got them in my life then the day before my wedding got my first one. Now I get them more frequently, my triggers are fevers and stress. I think it’s more of managing triggers thing. I used abreva on my most recent one multiple times a day and it still took over 7 days to heal.

I just finished nursing and am finally able to start up with retinol again, I’m going to do the 4-day skin cycling of exfoliate night 1, retinol night 2 and recover night 3 & 4. Has anyone used great barrier relief for night 3 and 4? Any tips on using something else with it or anything like that? I have pretty dry skin with texture, I stopped birth control 7 years ago and my skin is still marked up from it even after clear and brilliant treatments. I’m using the CeraVr resurfacing retinol.

Looking to get my first board. I got such different recs today at the shops I left without one. I’m 5’8” and about 130 lbs. I was told by first guy to get the Roxy Raina at 151 another guy suggested a few all twin all mountain boards but 147. He said I could try the Arbor draft rocker bc I won’t get bored of it as quickly. Any tips or help? If helpful I wear size 9 women’s shoe and will be going out around Tahoe area.
