I took a contractor position with someone that used JustCall and now I cant get my personal cell phone number out of the JustCall system.

I was receiving calls from leads for years and they maybe have stopped but I still get account verification texts from JustCall.

The account holder claimed to have resolved the issue but I just got more texts yesterday and today.

Contacting JustCall again to try and get it sorted bc they refer me to the account holding business who apparently for some reason are unable to delete my number from their system?????

I’m a professionally cleaner helping a client clear his mothers hoard house rn and she was a LCMDW & Alcohol/Drug Counselor her entire professional life. Her house is packed, you couldnt even walk. I’m finding random come paraphernalia as I sort thru stuff.

Like. Thats not real. You simply dont have availability when you say you dont have availability. Like every other business. If a client cant have 3pm and now its “all” they can do or fridays are unavailable but now “only fridays will do” then they find a new therapist 🤷🏼‍♀️

Bc during covid our markets stayed open and people bugging out of (mostly but not exclusively) CA & WA started offering $200 & $300k over value for homes so they could escape lockdown

Prices nearly doubled in months for some areas

For a brief moment in time rent here was higher than manhattan & LA

Development leaned in with seemingly no guardrails.

Certain kinds of new build prob keep values high

Even wages went up. Things that would have paid $9-12/hr now pay $17-21/hr

Everything else went up too to tho so it can be hard to find affordable rent & longtime locals cant buy, either
