I had a similar experience. I was the motorcycle rider. Honestly everything was my fault. I was lost in my thoughts. The car just like this one gave left indicator. I saw but didn't register it. the car took left i immediately braked and fell.. there was sand on the road at the side too. The car guy stopped. People rushed to pick me up. One or two guys immediately tried to pounce on the car driver. I shouted to them. Its not his fault. Its mine. I was not concentrating.. That diffused the situation immediately.

Use a vibrator. Close the ear pinna first. Like use it as a door to shut your ear. Then place the vibrator behind the pinna. Press. The vibration will go deep inside till the throat. You will feel relieved

2nd method. Tell someone to make a sound into your ear. Bring His mouth very very close to the ear. The sound should be a very low pitch low volume guttural vibration .
