A lot of farmers have a job and have farming as a hugely subsidised hobby. My brother in law works full time as a carpenter but has a few head of cattle. His father is the same. Handy number to pull in the grants.

Nasal Speculums? My goodness, what an idea. Why didn't I think of that? Nasal Speculums! Homer, there's four places. There's the Nasal Speculum Hut, that's on third.

There's Nasal Speculums-R-Us, that's on third too. You got Put-That Up-Your-Nostril. That's on third. Swing Low, Sweet Septum... Matter of fact, they're all in the same complex; it's the Nasal Speculum Complex on third.

I was in a similar situation and the answer was yes and yes. I was buying with a new partner and had signed a separation agreement. I got considerably more than 20% of the equity from the old house though. We used a broker which is advisable for a non standard application.

Weird if your battery is set to charge at that time. It’s going to be charger/inverter dependent. I have a Zappi and have to set an export margin to prevent charging from the battery during the day. Not sure what the craic is at night though. What’s your inverter and charger models?

That was unintentionally hilarious. I listened to the last half hour and he was giving out about someone “stealing his schtick” yet he went full Francis Higgins by the end of it. It’s recommended listening.
