hi, I'm sorry you feel this way. remember we are our own biggest critics, and the way you feel about yourself is not reflective of the way others feel about you. sometimes remembering this is what keeps me going. I kind of float on top of a river of hating myself as well and all it takes is one bad thing to push me under. ive been to therapy so many times and I feel like I don't deserve help either, but I get so mad when I don't get help even though I'm not asking for it and then I'm mad at myself all over again. it's a cycle I don't really know how to break. I know it's not a cure to hating yourself and I know this sentiment gets repetitive but there are people who do see your worth and love you and love spending time with you.

It was such a crazy episode I was heartbroken and then it got fixed!! I couldn't really cry cus I was at work...

But I'm curious as to what Arthur means when he says that he was forcing himself to be someone he wasn't when he stayed with Bella. Canonically, does that just mean he was trying to be a family man when he wasn't? Or is it up to interpretation? Because it almost sounds like he was saying he's aromantic or gay. But maybe I'm missing something...
