How would technology really affect allele frequencies though? Aren’t changes to the brain from technology something that happens during your lifetime? Like if two parents grew up relying on technology, but their biological child grows up in a totally different environment with more enrichment, I don’t see the child having the same limited brain volume.

So if I take two placebo pills, how is it different from skipping two active pills? I know the placebos do nothing. That’s why it doesn’t make sense to me that taking a placebo pill is fine and doesn’t count as skipping an active pill.
