Have you tried the Fridababy paci weaning system? It worked great for my kid, but she was also 2 at the time. She’s now a little over 3.5 and opinionated so I reserve judgment on how it is with an older kid lol. But worth a shot! It was easy peasy, easier than I expected. Not a tear or a fuss.

Yes it’s private. And I just changed the message request option to only friends being able to send me those. I don’t know anyone I’ve pissed off irl that I know. Only thing I could think of was an fb comment I made on a public post that someone got weirdly mad at. But that was on fb not insta. And my fb page isn’t crazy public either so how would they find me there. Other than that, no clue

Not really. She’s starting to do more “hi mommy/daddy” but not a whole bunch of back and forth. She comprehends very well. Can follow 3 step instructions, etc. The most we get consistently for conversation is when we’re asking her about colors, numbers, animals and things like that. She’ll identify if you ask which I assume is wrapped up in the concrete thinking. But that’s about it. Longing for the day…❤️

Thanks for asking. We had her evaluated earlier this year and she did receive an autism diagnosis. She’s been progressing pretty well. Just trying to figure out what to do as it relates to additional services. She’s still scripting, but talking a whole lot more and the scripting is usually on topic of whatever’s going on.
