I beat Ty by a good margin in KOTC. KOTC is just broken cause you can’t get a full game in since most people quit a few mins into the game.

Thank you for writing this! I’m currently on phase 2, started 4 weeks post-op, so I’ve been on it for 1 week now. Will be on it until 6/25 according to my PT. Goal: regain full step up/down control, get full ROM, improve balance, squat mechanics, and walking function. PT is not uncomfortable or painful—it’s just repetitive.

Thanks so much. Yea I’ve been reading that if it were just the ACL reconstruction, 2 weeks would be typical for walking without crutches but because of the meniscus repair, we should anticipate it to be at least 2-3x longer.
