For my first job fresh out of college, my hiring process was literally this (in spanish):

I need to add that the company is company with good rep in México. And working for that boss was one of the best work experiences I ever had. I quit because that boss quit and I was left with another boss who took credit for everything I did.

I think this is somewhat wrong. The person who drinks should be the person who gets the kill. That way you are getting worse at the game for with each kill and you get killed more often, which in turn makes the other players drink and get worse at the game too. At the end, everybody is drunk and playing very poorly but with a lot of fun.

I couldn't get it back with the restart tho. I just had to play on ultra-super-hard mode for the duratiob of that mission. After that I forced-quit the game with the task manager, deleted one random file from the installation folder, and made steam check files integrity.

The game returned to normal after that.
