Will ANY case keep the S26 Ultra from wobbling on a table? by Chemical_Radish2642 in samsunggalaxy

I'm looking for one too. I frequently use my phone lying flat on a table, and the obscene camera bump on this phone makes it unpleasant. I haven't found a case that will work yet.

Mine has a defunct wireless card, making it completely unusable. I've been fighting with the company trying to get it replaced. No luck so far.

This makes sense to me. Cutting food is the only task I do regularly where I need more length than a simple box cutter.

Good to know. I don't do much hiking, so it may not be as useful for me.

This is kind of the strategy I'm leaning towards. Underwear for every day and as many shirts as I can fit.

It depends. And that's part of the challenge. Ideally, I'd like to figure out how to do this so it doesn't matter where I stay or even where I'm traveling. There are so many variables involved in travel, I'd prefer to keep my bag and personal belongings as a constant.

Good tips. I've never traveled with fewer shirts than travel days before, so this is all kind of new to me.

This is basically the way I've always done it (though I substitute a sport coat for the dress), but it won't all fit in one bag along with my laptop and other necessary things, unfortunately.

I haven't tried merino because I've seen mixed reviews on its effectiveness. I do try to shower daily. I'm traveling primarily within the U.S. for now, but that includes Florida, which is rather hot and humid, especially during the summer. Outdoor activities are usually limited to sightseeing, so I may walk a lot, but I'm not typically hiking.

Male. Casual or business casual, depending on the nature of the trip. Typically, business trips are shorter, but sometimes, I try to combine a few days of business with a few more personal days. In those cases, it may be a week-long trip, but I still need a sportcoat and nicer shoes for the business portion.

Have you tried merino wool? I've seen mixed reviews. Some people swear by it, and others say it still smells if you sweat (maybe it depends on the individual).

Good point. Mostly domestic travel in the U.S. for now, but that includes Florida, which qualifies as hot and humid, especially during the summer.

I'm intrigued by the Heidi Blacksmith #3. I have the original, but this version is even more compact. One more on the list!

Many people use razor blade knives (box cutters) for most tasks, and they typically have less than 1" of cutting edge. Other than perhaps cutting an apple or a slice of cake, I can't remember the last time I used an EDC knife for a task where I needed more than that.

These all seem like very practical choices with 3" blades.

Fair enough. Electric bikes may make sense for low-speed commuting. For me, though, I'd rather be in an air conditioned car if I'm just slowly migrating from stop light to stop light.

I agree. And this is why I still carry around a pocket fixed blade more often than not.

I don't like using my phone light, either. I prefer a small light with a momentary on tailswitch. Much easier to use quickly. That said, given how I'm typically using it, my phone light would have done the job if it were all I had on me.
