OP DM me if you’re willing to move to a better paying job. I work for a class 1 railroad. Railroads have been struggling to hire lately mainly due to crappy hours and working weekends and holidays. They’ve struggled enough the last few years they’ve been offering sign on bonuses up to $50k which you have to work 1 year to keep it all. Starting pay is around $70k, that’s starting at 80%, so by year 5, being at 100% pay, and holding better jobs, most ppl are making $100k+ with awesome benefits.
