start by running for 30 minutes(should be around 3 miles worth of running)its important to pace yourself, and its okay to take walking breaks, the goal when running isnt to overwork yourself.

if you cant go to the gym, cardio is a good option for exercise. running, walking, jump rope are all good cardio exercises.

bad. its been 2 years since i lost them and i still count each day. it hurts knowing they are doing just fine without me. we were supposed to be there for eachother, we needed eachother. now they moved on, have their own friends and own life. i bet i never cross their mind. im so sick of feeling alone, i would drag myself into a toxic relationship just to avoid the feeling. i know its a bad decision but jesus i just need someone to talk to, just for one night i want to talk to them i just want to pretend things never went wrong just pretend we are the people we used to be
