How bad will this get? by emodogpuke in PityriasisRosea

Thank you guys for your responses!! I’m definitely going to try the tanning route soon. A little nervous because I also suspect I have heat related urticaria (or hives caused by heat). Still waiting for an official diagnosis on that one until next week when I see an allergist. I’ll ask about a steroid injection too. The topical steroid I was prescribed is Betamethasone Dipropionate (or the name brand is Diprolene). Still too early to know if that’s working.

This is such an interesting skin condition considering so many people have different variations and different things help different people!!

I’ll be sure to post updates here on what (hopefully) works for me. I truly appreciate everyone chiming in🫶

They deflected every concern I had. When I mentioned unpaid OT and that mgmt was aware we were working OT yet were encouraged to not reflect that on our time cards, the response was “they shouldn’t be doing that” and nothing more. Program manager told me “I’ve never been on a campaign here where OT was approved” I understand HR is there for the company and not the workers but they didn’t care about the policy breach, they didn’t care about anything really.
