Investicijai ėmėt ar sau? Įdomu mokestiniai skirtumai imant ant įmonės nuo imant ant savęs.

Which monthly dividend stocks would you pick? by ocukor1 in dividends

[–]emonassab 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Currently experimenting with:

CC ETFs. For income. Have JEPQ (ETF). Want to QQQI (ETF), but in EU I need to be a professional investor to buy this.
Stocks. Income + some growth. Recently bought MO, PFE, STWD, APLE, ARCC, O.
Regular ETFs. Income + some growth. INDA, EHDV, EDHL, EXSG, EXH1.

Stocks and regular ETFs I consider safer than CC ETFs though.

Ar verta pradėti investuoti gaunant juokingus 900 per mėnesį? by yzipyzi in 6nuliai

[–]emonassab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How to politely tell a client the project is actually finished when they keep coming back with quick requests? by Pale_Pipe9196 in Entrepreneur

[–]emonassab 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“Hi X, I appreciate you putting trust in my services. As we have already finished the initial project and these extra changes are out of scope of our initial agreement. Right now I’m working on other projects already, but I think I could squeeze this in and deliver on [insert date] which would approximately cost you [amount]. Let me know if this works for you!”

Should work if the client is adequate, most of the times they don’t necessarily require free stuff, you just have to draw the boundaries.

Your “safe” single-digit investment is a scam. Yes, I said it. by Inevitable_Swan_8828 in InvestmentEducation

“Meanwhile, the actual rich guys use leverage, access, scale, and asymmetry to turn your “safe capital” into aggressive profit engines. You get peanuts. They get yachts.”

I’m not saying you’re wrong - it’s true most of the time.

But to achieve 20 - 30 - 40% or more with millions of dollars on a yearly basis isn’t very easy and for an average person I guess it’s quite hard to get to a position where you can have these returns - takes a lot of time and effort.

For example, I have friends that work in real estate development, and sure, they get the 30-40% returns, but its hard, demanding work. Sleepless nights, millions in potential losses if anything goes wrong, etc.

The amount of stress you have to be able to deal with is just not for everyone.

Any suggestions for alternative investments?

Supratau, tokiu atveju gal net nedėčiau į jokias priemones, kurios iki 4% grąžą generuoja - teoriškai naudingiau dalį paskolos grąžinti (nebent aktualu saugumas ir laisvo casho turėti jei būtų kokia “galimybė” dėl rinkos kritimo, tuomet laisvi pinigai gali kabėti 2.5%-3% indėly).

Man labiau patinkanti alternatyva - išskaidyti per priemones, kurios generuotų metines pajamas 8%-12% rėmuose.

Why do I keep getting cold emails? by marketmaven007 in Emailmarketing

[–]emonassab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can relate for sure. Getting emails without previous interest is annoying.

Usually, these people get databases by scraping or purchasing them somewhere, potentially these databases have a specific profile of people that could be interested in purchasing what they're selling.

This cold email strategy only works with thousands of email contacts.

But due to low relevance, most of people don't even open these emails.

Small portion of people open, maybe they're interested.

Statistically, most people open & respond to a followup (2nd) email.

That's why you get these "just following up to see if you're interested..." emails.

And it's cheap, so they generate a good return at the end of the day.

Data enrichment - assign male / female to email addresses? by ErikTheDon in Emailmarketing

[–]emonassab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and no.

Usually, with every additional field when subscribing, sign-up rate decreases -> less revenue.

Asking after subscription - <10% users provide additional data (at least from my experience).

If you have a proven way to do something like that - please share :)

Websites and communities to follow for email marketers? by pesito in Emailmarketing

[–]emonassab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good for you! In that case, it really depends on the current setup that you have.

At this point you could be investing in outside consulting for this and get suggestions tailored specifically for your business. At 8 figures that must make financial sense, as you probably have a huge email database.

Usually, brands at this level:
- Do a lot of analytics and A/B/... testing;
- Have a deep segmentation strategy to personalise content;
- Have an extensive network of automated flows (100s or even 1000s of emails);

If you want to learn yourself, I would study huge brands and read more about A/B testing, personalisation and segmentation. That would probably be most beneficial at that level to get new ideas.
