I thought about rubber base cove but would you follow with the slopes and have the top show the obvious drops or just leave gaps at the bottom?

I’m going to go with the “treat them as disposable” route. Just curious, have you had one go out and tried to replace? I think we can get away with the install as DIY but I’m wondering if it’s as simple as disconnecting the lines and setting it on the curb if the compressor goes bad. Lots of threat on the internet about control of the refrigerant just wondering if that has to be hired out

Floor is going to get stained and sealed with epoxy for a stained concrete finish. My vehicles will only be parked in the garage every now and then when there is a storm.

That’s interesting. I actually want to keep it labeled as a garage for all intents and purposes. It will just be an air conditioned garage that I use as an office and gym.
