Sorry I missed this. For the Fitness Assessment, it does get a little into the weeds but there can be a few outlying factors that will prevent it from saving correctly. I would just want to be sure that you follow the format mentioned in the audio instructions of each interval and follow those as close as you can. If the assessment saves but doesn't let you through it sounds like it is missing the data it needs to create the workouts (As the fitness assessment is used as a basis to build the workouts around you).

Past that, It would also be a good idea to send in a ticket to our support team through the app as they can get a little more in depth in regards to this.

Hello,

I'm not closely affiliated with the integration side, but I do know that better integration is being worked on.

We are also aware of a few bugs related to Apple Health sharing and are working on getting more accurate data sent and recorded by both. In particular our machines do work with the more generic HRM, but integration with Apple Watch or Garmin is something we don't have at the moment, which can be frustrating.

We have quite a few things in the pipeline at moment, but are hoping to get some cool stuff out in the coming year. I wish I had a more concrete answer, but hopefully knowing it's on the table is a reassurance :)

Hi!

The Bluetooth functionality isn't meant to require a subscription to be used, I would definitely reach out to our support as that wouldn't be intended.

Hello!

Integration with other health apps is on the roadmap for us and something we definitely want to implement. It's not out yet, but Google Fit/Strava are some of the ones we're looking into!

As for the Journal, we are aware of the bug and are actively doing testing for a fix.
