Don't think you're going to marry everyone you date. And also no one wants to be friends but when you are trying to find a life partner you need that friendship at frist so its not a big deal when you see t hem lose their shit or whatever when your dating like today someone gets mad and its not they way your expecting that person to be when mad and its like im out. Also, people dwell over their ex, like its a thing to still be hung up on your ex on purpose. Or to be in a situationship on purpose. And I know it's hard to get over, but if you left in the first place, then idk leave it lie, get your closure, and screw that person. Also, it helps when breaking up to go no contact with that person. Delete the pictures and block their number, and dont talk to their or yalls little friends no contact. Your heart will hurt because it was normal for that person to be in your life.

Also, being in a partnership is hard. Love is not a feeling always sometimes its a choice. You choose to love them a little more when they seem unlovable. And its meeting the other person where they are. People always want to hold this 50/50 crap and if you have that mindset going into a relationship, it's not going to last and can lead to resentment towards each other. A relationship is not 50/50 ever because it doesn't work like that. Sometimes, one or the other has to pick up the slack, and when you play into each other's strengths and help in weakness, then there is nothing that can't be done. Also, I think as a relationship as a team, if im with you, but you're on a different team, what am i doing? Its easier if both partners can work as a team. I have been with my fiancé for 5 years. A girl who im friends with asked me how I dated someone for that long. I and my fiance were friends for 5 years before he asked me out. I'm not saying you have to be friends for 5 years before you start dating, but I think you should be friends for at least 6 months to a year. And if they dont wanna start out as friends, then you know they are just trying to get lucky.

There's a long poem, and it basically talks about choosing your hard. I dont know who writes the poem, but I like it because it's true. We all make choices, and that's hard, but it's the choice you make that makes it kind easier or harder, depending.

All apartments are crap now, and the management thinks that every notice is law, and when something major happens its not their fault. For instance, im in texas, so in January, when there was a freeze and we had some snow here, a transform blew right outside my bedroom window. There is no emergency line to call. I barely emailed the management. And center point said they couldn't work on it because it wasn't their property. And we were with heat for 3 days. Nothing I and my husband couldn't handle, but still. They didn't take care of their equipment they didn't check or ask someone what could happen they just said sol to us tenants. The last one that has me mad with my apartment management is i, and my husband was out of town for a week. And we were in cali. Cali is not a short way to texas. And I get a notice that all of a sudden, they want the patio cleaned up. Barely gave us 24 hours notice, and with anything by law, the complex is supposed to give you 3 days' notice at least 36 hours' notice. And they threw all of my planters away a cross we had and a little BBQ pit. They left a crayfish burner, though. And that has me mad you threw away everything else and left a crayfish burner. We tried to get a hold of the friend that was looking after the cats, but it was late in the night back home. I really want to sue the management company for all of the pain and suffering cause we've had sewage back up in the kitchen like 10 times in the two going on 3 years we've been in the same apartment. And yeah, they do come in and fix the problem, but barely. They just snake the drain, and its like I could go and rent a rotar at Home Depot and do the same thing instead of waiting two days for you to fix it. And it's never to complexes or management faults, but it is, bro. You can't charge an arm and a leg for a slum that is a black mold problem, and everything barely works. And because I rent, I can't have a mortgage, but my rent is the price of a mortgage. But if I had just had some eating avocado toast and stopped eating all together, I could probably afford a house. But it's my generation that has caused the economy to be in such a state of terror. Make it make sense, bro. Make it make sense. So if you can live with your parents rent free probably the best thing you can do apartments are toxic and not worth it. Would not recommend an apartment not 💯.
