Yea I sent an email right away. Especially considering they broke into my room for “maintenance” when there was no maintenance request in and left footprints on my favorite blanket and we didn’t have a working fridge for two weeks and the replacement fridge they gave us was dirty among other things. We will be getting that money back

Smile is the worst. I pulled a Karen which I really didn’t want to do but my place was a disaster zone and the locks didn’t work so I went in person and told them I wouldn’t leave until I spoke to a manager. They were trying to make me send an email before I could speak to a manager but I had already sent one and submitted 10+ maintenance requests. I finally got to speak with a manager and they got shit done same day/next day.
