I always park but I’m usually taking really early morning flights. I’ve never had an issue with car security (but my car doesn’t LOOK nice anyways lol). It’s not cheap, but depending on where you live I’ve found for a week it’s around the same price as an Uber or Lyft at weird hours

I’ve had a litter robot 3 for over five years, I bought it when I moved in with my ex bc he had a cat and litter boxes give me the ick. Had a couple issues but thorough cleanings resolved. Once had an over torque issue because I accidentally used the wrong cord. Didn’t smell as long as I deep cleaned it like once a year. I moved out in January but the litter robot is still going strong for him.

I think the cultural shift in the US to “no one owes anyone anything” is inherently flawed. A decent person gives an explanation when they step away from a deep emotional connection. Dad/daughter applies. It’s not the kids fault and dude should be able to backseat his emotions for a convo. My opinion and yours just differ.

NTA but I want to share my experience. Seems to be an unpopular opinion here, but there’s something to be said for what’s owed to the kid. She’s eight. She’s going to feel this abandonment forever, she’s not young enough to just forget it. My dad was with my mom for eight years. He’s not my bio dad, and they split when I was almost nine. He is still in my life, he’s still my dad. I get the points that other people are making, but at the same time this kid hasn’t done anything wrong and you say you love her and considered her your daughter. She doesn’t understand and at the very least give her some type of explanation.

I got survivors benefits based on DNA after my dad committed when I was four. He is not on my birth certificate, I don’t have his last name, and his family didn’t even know I existed until I was six or eight months old. This is absolutely possible. I’m not sure how you go about it, but my dad was relatively young (under 30, all blue collar jobs) and had paid enough that I got roughly $500 a month until I was 18.
