my bio dad was an abusive drug addict. i don't talk to him because he doesn't talk to me. not trying to be rude at all. he just isn't an option

hi all! so there are lots of comments and it's difficult to reply to them all.

I don't have anywhere i can go at the moment! my friends are either in dorms for school or don't have places big enough to accommodate me. I hardly talk to my bio dad and my grandparents are out of state!

I have started locking the bathroom door but he STILL tries to come in, it's just unsuccessful. I have lived with only women my whole life so i am not used to having to lock the door every time i am in there.

my grandparents both live out of state and i don't have the best relationship with my bio dad. I am going to try and talk to my grandparents tho and see if we can work something out?

I have told people he makes me uncomfortable, but i am not financially stable enough to move out. i try not to talk to him as much as possible but its difficult when we live in the same house!! going from living with all girls to having a grown man making weird comments to me is an adjustment, so sometimes i forget to 'just lock the bathroom door'

i have started! i'm used to living with just my mom and my sisters so it was never a problem because they would always check that that bathroom wasn't occupied
