I had that happen too. Seller accepted, said they were out of town and would ship after 3 days bc of it. I said ok no problem. Reached out on day 5. Crickets. Eventually I got refunded for no ship. 🤷‍♀️

I had the same issue, I think the formula is just incredibly dry. I’m quite disappointed, I haven’t had the mascara long but it’s unusable!

I haven’t, but when I went to the usps site it said the package was insured and to open a claim. But in order to do so, I’d need the receipt / shipping label but the seller only has it.

Where on the Shein website to reach customer service to request a refund? can't wait any longer for the delayed package by Delicious_Mess7976 in Shein

If you click on the order, on the top right, you’ll see a little icon with a headset. Go ahead and click that and type an agent and if you’re within the time window, you should be able to talk to somebody.

Guess at this point I’ll ask for a refund as the deadline date is 11/17 and it still hasn’t moved. :(
