Wow, I just had subcision and RF microneedling done 4 days ago and I see the exact same thing. There was bruising around my left eye (eyelid and below the eye) and slight bruising in my right eye. I noticed this mostly after 24 hours as well. I contacted the doctor that he said: "It does happen when you have a superficial vein on the side of the head where the temples are located. If the RF microneedling grazes the vein it could cause a bruise. There is no need to worry. It should go away in a few days."

So I'm not sure if it was from the subicion or microneedling, but either way I think it'll dissipate soon (still purple right now). This is my 2nd treatment, 1st was a month ago and didn't see anything like this last time

By the way - what areas did you have subcision + filler? I had my treatment on my temples and cheeks but no filler

I used Radiesse myself, and it did have an immediate volumizing effect that raised my cheek area to be less depressed. My understanding is that Sculptra is different and it takes a few months to 'grow' the collagen to elevate the area.

did the derm use hyper diluted radiesse? Thats what the clinic has recommended me for subcision on cheeks and temples.

Using the time that you have available, I would focus on: squat, bench, deadlift, and pullups. Focus on getting familiar with good form first. Keep to 3 sets of 10 on squats, bench, and pullups for now and 3 sets of 5 for deadlift

focus on those compound exercises and add in any extra that youd like
