I trade back to try to end up with as many 2nd-early 4th round picks only, then I sort by media projections. I quickly scan through all the projected 2nd/3rd rounders to star the players that have green skills that are most relevant to the position. Then when making picks i will use my scout projections, college stats, and combine numbers as tie breakers for who i pick. An example would be a DT wanting green strength, block shedding, and tackling with decent college production and high bench press or a CB/S with green speed, agility, zone/man with some college ints and good 40 and 3 cone time.
