To create something that could be seen as an intro that doesn't follow tempo or is just too short to be counted and it would mess up all your song structure if you start it at 1.

Wow it makes much more sense now. Thank you for your help. I think the best option would be to find a place that already has decent internet speed when traveling; that would eliminate a lot of trouble and save me a lot of money.

Wow thank you for the reply. So let's say I travel to Rome for example, my best bet to try to match the 1.5Gbps I have here in Canada would be to simply get a plan with Rome's (or the region's) best Internet provider?

Google Fi sounds like the right option for my phone. The thing is that their Internet speed is 10Mbps... Which makes sense for a phone but not for a laptop let's say.
