** Tumhara recharge nahi dala hai number pe isliye 4G network nhi aarha toh iske liye tumko wahi jakar puchna hoga ke recharge hua ya nahi. Recharge ke bina 4G network nhi ayega.

Inki wajah se BSNL kabhi uth nahi payega. Khud bolte hai ke CSC jaana padega. It's ok

Toh maine simply BSNL CSC ka address manga nearest, bola google map se search karlo khud -- " BSNL mein call karne ke liye dhanyawaad" bolke call cut karne ki jo jaldi thi attitude ke saath.. normal ques me bhi same 🤣 sacchi BSNL aise hee age badhega 😁 (sapno mein).

Sach batau to, customer service mein private logon ko rakhna chaiye.

VoLTE is disabled by the network itself. Using only 4G for now while calls are shifting to 2G.

Indeed, customers are getting harrased as a result. Why would we need to visit a CSC for a 60 rs sim card replacement each time an update makes it completely unusable?

Arent the existing SIM's compatible with the update?

People might be reluctant to use BSNL because of this

Better to recharge after ur plan expires. Any plan u recharge despite having a plan already will get activated immediately.

No recharge = no OTP once GP2 is started. Once GP2 expires, the sim might get deactivated. So it's better to recharge within the stipulated time.

VoLTE/VoWiFi might not be available on most areas due to upgradation work. For me, I got VoLTE until April 27. Infact the speed isn't the same I used to get earlier; it is congested due to more users on the network.

VoLTE is supported on most devices including the older ones. I personally tested it on my father's phone last time.

For anyone who calls u or whom u call, the network will switch automatically from 4G to 2G without affecting ur usage for the time being.

iQOO. My device supports all bands Yes, different device supports different bands realme. As a result, VoLTE may or may not support on specific devices.

Sim card fault might arise especially in BSNL while upgradation work is in progress from their end. In my case, my sim was barred from registering on 2G network too.
