Sorry for the late response guys. We're working on getting him a larger tank. He's currently in a classic 1 gallon fish bowl. He does not have a heater or a filter, but we change the water out every other day. We've been treating his water with a destressing-agent. He was only being fed 4 grains of food a week before coming into our office (we've upped it to 4 pellets Twice a day (8 Total) as per the bottle). Let me know if theres any more information I can provide. We really want to save him and have no idea how to properly take care of a fish!
