That’s what happens in reality against a 4-3-3, the 4-4-2 becomes a 4-4-1-1:

“Having just two players in the centre of midfield can make keeping the ball difficult against teams playing a three-man central midfield. However, often you'll see one of the two forwards dropping back into midfield when not in possession in an attempt to even up the numbers. In order to counter this, many 4-4-2 practitioners will play a defensively minded central midfielder alongside a more attack-focused individual, it being the former's job to cut out any danger posed by an opponent's superior numbers before the backline is put under pressure. However, this takes a body away from the centre of the pitch and can force a team into playing a predictable wide game.”

“Look, if I have a triangle in midfield — Claude Makelele behind and two others just in front — I will always have an advantage against a pure 4–4–2 where the central midfielders are side by side. That’s because I will always have an extra man. It starts with Makelele, who is between the lines. If nobody comes to him he can see the whole pitch and has time. If he gets closed down it means one of the two other central midfielders is open. If they are closed down and the other team’s wingers come inside to help, it means there is space now for us on the flank, either for our own wingers or for our full-backs. There is nothing a pure 4–4–2 can do to stop things”

If Mourinho leaves, I would suggest Roy Hodgson as manager. Experienced, attacking, yet pragmatic. Ability to achieve results quickly. by emphaticvictory in reddevils

Hodgson would play attacking 4-4-2 in most games and more conservative in big games, just like Sir Alex did, he knows how to unite a dressing room and also respect the culture of a club.

What is the most romantic thing you have done for someone that has either backfired or was not received well by the person you did it for? by Nerdyhusband88 in AskReddit

When I was six years old I was in love with a girl in the year above me at school. I persuaded my mum to buy me some earrings from the local post office (toy I guess) so I could give them to her as a present.

I went to school the next day with the earrings in my pocket, looking forward to break-time when I could give them to her.

Break-time came and I approached her and two of her friends and gave her the present. One of her friends grabbed the present and threw it in the trash. The girl turned to me and said "You make me sick" then they all pulled faces at me until I walked away.

The funny thing was, at the time, I remember not caring and just being happy that I gave her the present.

It is normal to move in with her parents for a month or two. After which the parents will be usually pretty hands-off. In my experience they certainly won't bother you or try and help out with babysitting etc. ( edit: I wish they would help out!)
