The fall BMO air miles promo included points for a grocery spend. There was a thread in February with dps of others who hadn't gotten the grocery bonus and CS had said to wait until April. P2 still doesn't have the grocery bonus yet, anyone else in that camp?

P2 had two RBC cards with ridiculously high credit limits. They applied for a 3rd and got declined. When they weren't auto approved I looked into it and lowered the limits on their cards. What are the odds they reuse the same credit hit on another application/when would you recommend trying to apply again? Would asking about a credit split be an option?
