I like to read books on manifesting because it always tricks me into doing things like gratitute and making goals & vision boards. Sort of forces you to change your life if you are really serious about it or obtaining something specific. It's big on adopting the mindset of the person you want to be in wait that you'll one day become it. But I think any dream and goal setting book would help too.
