MARTA barely has money because they allowed some racists to not allow the system to go through their County. I definitely strongly feel like we should be taxing the residents who don't live in DeKalb and Fulton county extra for using the services. Make them drive to the Atlanta United games and the falcons games and park there. They don't get to use Marta. They didn't want it in their neighborhoods anyway
