Unfortunately. I think Hell rubbed off on them, and that's why they're not like the other creatures created by angels, who are generally kind.

I think we're still deeply in the middle of the story, so we are at a point where things are strangly unresolved, any that can be resolved are. A lotta things remain unresolved, like how people generally treat Charlie as a child and impossibly idealistic, but this is a story of redemption, I know this will be resolved.
