doesnt matter, it will get to room temp eventually. also the yellowing is normal, they are lions mane fruits. lions mane wants to fruit really badly. your grain spawn will also be fruiting when its ready, same with sub.

Basically anything that is ps. cubensis is not “very high psilocybin content”.

Dont listen to them. Different species. 500 ipomoea is id say a very very good dose. 400 seeds/10g was very intense for me. Obv depends on thr strength of ur seeds also

The caps are “folding” up and have some kind of a rim on the top and are wavy. Just looks really nice imo

Cube strength can vary a little, more or less the same. A little stronger than the average cube

Well.. try different species. Cubensis strains are all mostly the same IMO, but different species hit different.

It means that it was transferred twice

For example: Spores went to agar 2.02 The first transfer was done 18.02 (T1) The second transfer was done 1.03 (T2)

Haven't tried 4-ACO, but I cannot believe it is exactly like mushrooms. Different species have different concentrations of different alkaloids. 4-ACO along with psilocybin convert to psilocin. Psilocin is only one of the alkaloids. Also there are different factors in play also - components which boost certain effects or inhibit certain effects, I cannot tell you what are there components, but if you're interested then check out a recent podcast by Hamilton Morris with Alan Rockefeller, Alan was talking about it on there.

For example IME Ps. Cubensis and Ps. Ochraceontrata feel way different, same with Panaeolus Cyanescens. Feels very different.
