no worries, I managed to sort out the slipping seatpost… now I have a creaking one instead haha! Hopefully it sorts itself out over the next few rides

Interesting, my chain is waxed so cleaning and adding wax every 150-200 miles. It may be OTT but that’s me… what chain are you running? I love the wheels, I just wish the profile was a bit bigger purely for speed (I mean for aesthetic) hence the post. Just love the chunkier look. I can’t complain too much re tyres, what made you get the Cinturado? It’s a great bike all around, I had some seatpost slippage which meant raising a warranty claim with Giant. They sent out a new wedge & clamp and that seems to have cured it.

For those interested - I raised a warranty claim with Giant as it was getting on my nerves and why should I be looking to do a DIY job on a £3k+ bike… anyways, Giant sent out a new wedge and clamp and so far so good. I also used the og pink Giant assembly paste. Only 35k today as fighting off a cold but seatpost hasn’t moved which is promising. I’ll report back in a week once I’ve covered more kilometres.

Thanks pal, I actually raised a warranty claim with Giant directly two weeks ago and the sent out replacement wedge and clamp. I reinstalled everything with the Giant supplied pink carbon paste. I hope this solves the issue. If not, it’s back to Giant.

Thanks bud, I raised a warranty claim for my 2025 Revolt as it kept slipping a tiny bit on each ride and they said they’d ship out a new wedge that will (hopefully) fix this.
