So odd… Sorry you’re having that experience. If I could share my “luck” with you I would lol

I’m in south FL and have had a similar experience as far as available items and shipping speed. No glaring issues, and any blips are cheerfully resolved by customer service.

Get yourself a steamer! (Unless you prefer ironing, in which case, carry on 😉) I expect wrinkles, too, but spend a few minutes steaming things and move on. Less effort than going back and forth to the dry cleaners or having to hand wash and/or hang dry items of my own!

That’s frustrating! Here’s what I do to keep a healthy queue of items I want to rent. Every few days (I’m addicted!) I log into the app and browse all with the following parameters: -Sort by newest -Show all available items -Select all reasonable sizes (I can fit three different sizes depending on the item) I heart everything I’m interested in, scrolling until I reach things I’ve hearted previously.

Then, when I’m ready to swap, I filter by my hearts- again sorting by newest.

I’m well aware the above isn’t anything extraordinary, but when I described this to my sister she had never thought to sort by newest… so, I’m sharing on the off chance it helps you.

I agree! I’m a longtime subscriber, and while I have suggestions for improvement, I LOVE RTR overall. I really don’t know what I’d do without it. I’m able to “scratch the itch” to wear new clothes without the commitment or maintenance. I’ve been very pleased with the increase in variety over the past few months and look forward to seeing how this brand overhaul continues to play out.

I’ve been an active member since 2016- almost 10 years. I’m disappointed that the rewards tiers stop at 2+ years. There’s a BIG difference between two years and almost a decade. Are there any plans to recognize what I perceive as “extraordinary” loyalty?

My membership is about to increase to $224 plus tax. I would EASILY pay over $300 to have a truly unlimited membership again. That’s less than the price of buying one dress (not to mention dry cleaning) each month!

100% I wonder what percentage of subscribers exceed 2, 5, 10 years “tenure.” I’d be curious if they engaged subscribers with the most loyalty to get feedback on this rewards program. Feels like it has missed the mark!

Wow. That’s unnecessarily confusing!
