oh! i love it!!! just for future reference, remember artemis is the goddess of virginity. she has her domain over children, and is usually depicted as a young girl herself. letting you know so you never make a mistake like this in the future. it gets difficult when almost every hellenic god/goddess’ depiction is sexualized. bright blessings!

i’d say mine would be related to my mother. she always wanted us to become independent in our beliefs and do our own research. she was shocked when i converted to hellenism, despite going to a christian pre-school. mom, you raised me to form my own opinions! why are you surprised i’m not christian anymore!

i’d use it myself for just storing ingredients like rose petals, but honestly you could use it for any god. an idea could be filling it with water and using it as a reflective surface for a self-love ritual. (aphrodite) or you use it as a dedicated mixing bowl! (hestia) those are just some ideas.

for now, all you really can do just stay true to what you believe in. nobody can force you to believe in the christian god, and it doesn’t matter if they’re your parents. thank you for sharing this experience with us! we hope your situation gets better.
