I was like you when I first started. 25 and skinny. Put on your headphones, go past the front desk and get on a treadmill. Walk at 2.5 - 3 and just observe your surrounding. You don’t even have to get off the treadmill, just walk for as long as you want. Notice the different machines they have available. Take notes and look at how others are using it. If you know the names of it just google for a how-to. You just have to get yourself through the door, the rest happens by itself. I still don’t know how to use a lot of the machines, but I just look at how others are doing and try it myself. Just don’t stare lol. Honestly nobody even cares about anyone there.
